One of our flagship wines! III signifies the 3 grape varietals used in the making of this Rhone style white wine blend: Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne. Each of these varietals were fermented separately in closed stainless steel tanks with partial MLF. The blend was then aged 9 months in stainless steel and 5% oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Floral nose, with bright peach and apricot notes leading to mango and pineapple with modest acidity and pleasant finish.
