Our NV RLV Tempter continues to live up to its name. A delicious blend of 60% Tempranillo, 25% Merlot, and15% Tannat harvested August and September 2019, and August 2020. The wine was a co-fermentation of Tempranillo and Merlot in stainless steel tank and separate lot of 2020 Tempranillo, and Tannat fermented in 2 ton open top fermenters. Aged 30 months and 18 months in French oak puncheon and barrel, 30% new French oak barrels.
