Inspired by the exotic white Rhone Valley blends of Southern France, our flagship white wine is the perfect marriage of 45 percent Viognier, 30 percent Roussanne and 39 percent Marsanne. Sixteen percent of RLV III uses new French oak to impart a hint of vanilla; the balance ferments in stainless steel. The result is a wine with a complex bouquet of jasmine, honey, apricot and pear. Nuanced floral and tropical fruit accent the body and deliver a delightful and lingering aftertaste. Enjoy RLV III with poultry, especially grilled quail, dove and pheasant.
