Described by Texas Monthly in 2018 as a “stunner, stunner, stunner,” The Cinsault Rosé is a 100-perent stainless steel, cold fermentation wine with only hours of skin contact to impart its faint, Provençal color. Mirroring its ethereal appearance, this lovely wine has a soft and delicately sweet taste of red raspberry and strawberry fruit with a hint of spice on the finish. Bright acidity balances the subtle fruit characteristics of this wine. Enjoy RLV Cinsault Rosé alone or with Mediterranean cuisine, classic bistro fare or creamy blue cheese and strawberries.
